Although anyone of legal age can order a LombardiWine Club membership, we regret that we can only ship to California destinations at this time. All Membership orders will be charged 7.75% California State Sales tax. LombardiWine Club orders are shipped the third week of each month. Monthly Memberships By enrolling in our monthly (month-to-month) club plan, you agree to allow us to debit your credit card for the amount disclosed in the plan prior to each shipment. Monthly Memberships are on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time.   To cancel, you can contact us online or call us at 707-773-0111 Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific time. Prepaid Memberships Prepaid Memberships expire at the end of their term, at which time we will contact you to offer the opportunity to join again or to join our month to month program.   Refunds for memberships cancelled prior to expiration of the agreed term will be permitted on ten (10) days written notice, which may be transmitted by U.S. Mail sent to LombardiWine.com P.O. Box 751090 Petaluma, CA. 94975, or via email at: customerservice@lombardiwine.com, provided that LombardiWine shall be entitled to deduct from any refund an amount representing the value of any promotional offers (including discounts from our posted retail prices, gifts, free shipping, coupons, etc.) received by you prior to the effective date of cancellation (which will be 10 days after you send us the written notice as specified above).
