How old must I be to order wines?

You must be over the age of 21 to order wine.

Who can receive wines?

By law, UPS will not deliver alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21, nor will they deliver to anyone who is intoxicated or appears so. You (or a legal adult over 21 years of age) will be required to show identification including proof of age, and must sign for the delivery. We strongly encourage you to have the wine shipped to your place of business for several reasons. It usually will arrive sooner, and the likelihood of someone being there to receive the order is greater.

 

How do I order from LombardiWines?

We’ve made it very simple. You may either use our order form on our website, LombardiWine.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or if you prefer, you may call our toll-free number (1-866-607-9463 Monday through Friday from 7 A.M to 9 P.M. Pacific time), where our operator will take your order

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Orders of 6 or more bolttes include shipping in the price. For orders less than 6 bottles the shipping fee is just $8.95. From time to time we may offer other shipping promotions that can deliverer even greater value!

 

Can I "Mix and Match?"

Yes! And since shipping is already included in the price on orders of 6 or more bottles, why not try something new?

Is my purchase taxed?

California customers must pay state tax of 7.75% which will be added to each order. Out of state customers do not pay sales tax

 

Can you ship to other states?

We currently ship to California, Idaho, Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio and West Virginia.

How do you ship your wines?

We use UPS Ground.

 

How long does it take to ship the order?

Once we receive notice of payment, it usually takes 4-5 days to process your order (depending on volume), and another 2-3 days delivery time within Californina and another 3-7 days to other states.

Can I split an order between two addresses?

Unfortunately an order can be shipped to one address only. We suggest you create two separate orders, one to each address.

 

Can you ship to a P.O./APO box?

No, we need to ship to a street address.

Can you ship to a residence? What if no one is there to receive the order?

Yes, but given the fact that an adult needs to sign for it, we strongly suggest you have the wine shipped to a business address. UPS will make at least two attempts at delivery, then will hold the shipment at one of their depots for a specified time. If not claimed, the order will be returned to us, and your credit card will be credited with a full refund, minus any shipping costs.

 

Is your service guaranteed?

Yes! We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. But if for some reason you are not, please contact us.

What if the shipment is damaged?

We take great care in hand-packing your order. If you suspect damage (wet, torn, or crushed box, wine-colored stains, etc.), you may wish to open the package in the presence of the delivery person. Given the shipping materials we use, the wine may be fine. But if there is damage, the driver will be able to return the wine to us, or process a claim. Note: Do not return wines without contacting us first!

If I really like a wine, can I get more?

Of course! Unless otherwise noted, you may order as much, or as little as you like (some states limit the amout of wine you can order over a given time period). Please be aware that all our wines are limited quantities, and are available on a first come, first served basis. If there was a wine you ordered that is no longer listed, it may still be available, but in smaller quantities. Please ask.

 

If I really DON’T like a wine, can I return it?

Occasionally you’ll run into a bottle of wine you don’t like. It happens. In that event, please contact us, either by email or by phone. Your satisfaction is our primary goal. Please DO NOT return wine without contacting us first.
